What you can do here
More than a collection point.
The counter runs on the same system as the website, so an order started online can be finished here.
Pay cash on collection
Available for verified customer accounts collecting in person. The order is prepared and stays unpaid until a member of staff records the receipt.
See it before you decide
Handle the hardware, compare two models side by side, and ask the questions a specification sheet does not answer.
Get help with an order
Deliveries, returns, warranty routes and project quotes — the same team that handles them online is here in person.
Before you come
Collecting an order takes two things.
- Your collection code. It is on the order in your account and in the confirmation we sent you.
- Photo identity. We check it against the order before handing anything over — it is what stops someone else collecting your purchase.
- Collect within your window. A reservation holds real stock. If it lapses, the item goes back on sale and you will need to order again.
