Terms of use
The terms on which See2Cart sells to you, and what each of us is responsible for.
Last updated 28 August 2026
1. Who you are dealing with
see2cart.com is operated by see2cart Wholesale LLP, trading as See2Cart, with its place of business at Shop No. 1, Bapatla, Andhra Pradesh, 522101, India. You can reach us at support@see2cart.com or +91 99083 08499.
By placing an order or using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the service.
2. Your account
You may browse without an account. Placing an order requires either a customer account or completing guest checkout with the contact and delivery details needed to fulfil that order.
- Give accurate details. We may need to verify them before dispatch, and a wrong address or number is the most common cause of a failed delivery.
- Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for activity on your account until you tell us it has been compromised.
- Staff accounts — administrator, sales, support, dealer — are assigned by us. They cannot be self-selected, and attempting to obtain one is a misuse of the service.
3. Products, pricing and availability
All prices are shown in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless the product page says otherwise. We aim to keep descriptions, specifications, images and stock accurate, but manufacturers change specifications and packaging without notice, and images are illustrative.
Where a saving is shown, it is calculated against a genuine higher published price for that product. Where a product carries no such published price, only the selling price is shown — we do not display a comparison against a price that was never charged.
Stock is shown as it stands when the page loads. An item can sell out between you adding it to your bag and completing checkout. If a genuine pricing or stock error is discovered after you order, we will contact you and you may either confirm the corrected order or cancel it for a full refund.
4. Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm the order. Until then we may decline or cancel it — for example where stock is unavailable, a price was clearly wrong, the delivery address is outside our serviceable area, or the order fails verification.
Guest orders are limited in quantity per product and per order. Those limits are shown at checkout and exist to protect stock availability for other customers.
5. Payment
Online payments are processed by our payment partner. Card, UPI and bank credentials are entered with the payment provider and never reach See2Cart's systems. We receive only the outcome of the payment and a reference for it. The amount payable is always calculated on our server, and a payment is confirmed only after the provider's signed confirmation has been verified.
Where cash on collection is offered, it applies only to a verified customer account collecting in person at a staffed pickup point. A cash order reserves stock for a limited period; it is not a paid order, and it is marked paid only after a member of staff records the physical receipt. Cash collection is not available for guest checkout or for delivery.
6. Delivery and collection
Delivery timelines shown at checkout are estimates that depend on the item, destination and courier coverage. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery, or on collection where you have chosen a pickup point.
A pickup reservation holds stock for a defined window shown on your order. If it is not collected within that window the reservation lapses and the stock is returned to sale. See our shipping policy for the detail.
7. Cancellation, returns and refunds
You may cancel an order before it is dispatched by contacting us. After dispatch, our returns and refunds policy applies. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
8. Invoicing and GST
An order confirmation is a statement of your order. Where GST invoicing is enabled for your order, the tax invoice is issued separately and reflects the place of supply determined by your billing State or Union Territory, or by the pickup location where you collect in person.
If you are buying for a business and need the GSTIN recorded on the invoice, enter it at checkout. We validate its format and check that it matches the State you selected. A GSTIN cannot be added after the invoice has been issued.
9. Reviews and content you submit
Reviews can be submitted only against a delivered order for the product being reviewed, and are moderated before publication. We may decline content that is unlawful, misleading, abusive, or not about the product.
By submitting a review you grant us a non-exclusive right to display it on the product page. You keep ownership of what you wrote.
10. Acceptable use
- Do not use the service unlawfully, or to infringe anyone's rights.
- Do not attempt to gain access to accounts, data or systems you are not authorised to reach.
- Do not scrape, resell or systematically extract the catalogue, pricing or customer content.
- Do not interfere with the service's operation or security controls.
11. Liability
We are responsible for supplying goods that match their description and are of satisfactory quality. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue or data, to the extent the law permits that exclusion.
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
12. Grievance redressal
For anything about an order, a refund or these policies, contact us first — most issues are resolved without escalation.
